Personally, with the coffee post, the subject being related to Heyuri's slogan ("the place to drink"), alongside the OP picture having actual coffee in it, sort of threw me off on if it was considered rule 8 or not — as, although the post was based off rule 8 breaking content, it was not that content specifically... at least, that's what I thought at first. That is why I asked for a second opinion.

Though, with this post being made right after the talks started happening, the intent of OP might be a bit suspicious (´～`)
