I stand by what I said back in teh January thread - I think the 1st half is funny as a tongue-in-cheek "TOP TIPS" thing, but IMHO the 2nd half takes itself too seriously and the "do/don't" way it's written makes it sound liek they're rule rather than optional tips/suggestions (which is how the page was original promoted) dark

Ultimately I think Heyuri was better off when we didn't have the page, and DEFINITELY better off before the second half was added (though it's not quite as egregious since the kaguya edits), but if we do decide to keep it then I think Rule 10 (as in the actual Rule 10) has to have the st00pid "you may get warned (or possibly banned in case you insist) if you break them" line removed/altered
