There is nothing bad in finding children cute and adorable that is the whole thing with moe culture.
But finding them sexually appealing is just disgusting and bad. Cuz well... The child did not consent to being photographed. And in 6-7 years when they grow up and are adult and are able to consent and are over age of consent they would feel disgust, fear, depression from the idea that photos of them as children in an "sexual" attire is circling on web. That is just sad and mean to do.
