Seems like you haven't familiarized yourself with the history of the subject in question. Lolicon in Japan STARTED with real girls. Creepshots of JS in wet school swimsuits, JC's budding breasts and so on were circulating freely on Jap interwebs in the 00s and some even got uploaded to Danbooru, before they grew really big and famous when anime got highly popular and found themselves under pressure of the current morals (and probably govts/NGO threat letters) and had to delet it, an even get rid of the safe-for-work "female child" tag out of fear. There also was huge and legal gravure industry. The "only 2D" rule was not always the case. It's still okayish to adore little girls being cute/beautiful/professional shot on Asian social networks like those of China and Japanese-speaking segment of Twitter (while being a male).
