i find it odd that an influx of people have come in in a short period and made this an issue again when it hasn't been one in months... i mean, a new user comes into chat yesterday (who has somehow already been mentioned in this thread) and INSTANTLY started asking where they can find chio penguin... insisting sites be named, arguing with mods, derailing conversation, not wanting to talk about anything else. call me a schizo but it strikes me as odd and maybe even entrapment...
Rules on lolicon have, 1, already been decided by townhall and 2, mod discretion is baked into site rules... lolicon has its whole own board and also threads on /b/ (ive even made them) frequently, its not like mods are trying to purge the site of lolicons or something. I think its best the way things are now where heyuri is a site with lolicons and not a lolicons site.
