Making a reminder thread again since I'm afraid not many people check the front page or forget about them easily. There is around 1.5 months until teh event

There's enough information @ https://www.heyuri.net/#news77 , the important part is that this year we are experimenting with a 2 day bunkasai for the first time, so mark both these days: 2026/09/19 (Sat) and 2026/09/20 (Sun)

Also notice it's earlier than the previous years - it seems Japanese high schools hold theirs around early autumn too (unlike what wikipedia suggested), and this way we don't have another event right after halloween.

For those who joined Heyuri recently: bunkasai means "cultural festival", the event you always see in school animu, where classes spend weeks preparing fun stuff (meido cafes, haunted houses, some performances...) and then everyone and their friends wander around and enjoy each others' works. On Heyuri it means releasing projects, OCs, or just small gimmicks you have been working on, alone or with cooperation of other Heyurizens. There are no limits to what u can do, and no such thing as "too small contribution"
Even if you have been neglecting until nao, over a month should be plenty of time to come up with something.
