high ppe boards will probably have more readers, but high ppe board readers will probably also see more total stuff per visit to that board, so they wont dwell on your post for as long. so, low ppe boards are a better place to be heard as an individual. high ppe boards are better for developing new hivemind brain viruses for the goldfish-brained masses.
