The rule gives several examples of what kind of things are not in line with site culture - enough for someone to reasonably extrapolate what other things are and aren't wanted

It can't feasibly be an exhaustive list, nor would it be a good idea to make it so. Such a list would be:
- impossible to build/maintain
- TL;DR for most users
- a convenient dictionary for anyone wanting to troll the site
- just plain fucking lame

The same applies to wordfilters, which have the additional flaws of either being trivial to bypass or being triggered by too many false positives

What we do instead (and what generally works for those who aren't confrontational buttheads looking for an e-argument, and likely wouldn't be welcome here anyway) is inform users who've broken the rule via a post or a warning, and hand out bans if they're clearly doing it on purpose. It generally works, and only a select few individuals have ever flipped out over it instead of the usual "oh ok, my bad"
