Yeah, cuz if it was up to me u'd have been B& ages ago for taking the internet too seriously and sucking the fun out of everything

That's cuz their site has autonomous moderation. If enough users vote for a post to be deleted, it automatically gets deleted - so those who haet a post make "del" posts to try to drum up support. Even with that feature however, it's not much better than 4chan users sagebombing threads they don't like (which sux)

I, for one, staunchly argued for making it notifications-only (or baleeting it since we also had an IRC channel) since day 1 - even back when it was still an active hub of discussion and b4 TEH DRAMA
