I don't think any of the threads is breaking Rule 7
Your first example is the closest to it but it reads more like a wish to being able to post on Girl Talk board rather than a srs discussion about his sex (which would then be b&). And for the record, Girl Talk is a
girly topics
board rather than
girls hangout
board.
Your second example is a "for how much $$$ would u x" thread which can range between committing gheyness or doing disgusting things. This example might have attracted some people with genuine interest in it but they are individual posts, not something politicizing the thread to grant enabling R7.
And as far as I read, there simply isn't anything on the kurisumasu/new years thread that stands out.
As for the term "attention whoring", I feel like it's not a term that should be used on Heyuri. We sometimes act on certain kinds of (sometimes emo-ish) rants/vents.
For example on failsites, people often label anyone delivering their pictures as "attention whore", but on Heyuri, we focus on having fun with whatever someone is trying to share with the rest of us, let it be OC of any kind or picz of their zettairyouiki (actually fapping to it may be optional).
