Because it all got purged and artificially buried as people and companies became more aware and concerned about it. The major search engines have gone out of their way to prevent loli-related search results from showing up

Also https://kemono.cr has a lot of paywalled stuff for free from sites like patreon, subscribestar and pixiv fanbox, lots of stuff that boorus and doujin sites don't have.
