The AV1 video works for me too but I don't think it's going to work for everyone. On Windows we don't bother messing with silly things like environment variables, we just double click the .exe and it installs hundreds of MBs of .dlls along with every program so we have dozens of copies of ffmpeg installed throughout the system, most of them very outdated.
