I usually want to get rid of hair in my armpits, legs, face and crotch area. I have an epilator that plucks out hair including the roots, leaving smooth hairless skin (recommended if you find shaving leaves an itchy stubble, but it does hurt like waxing if you aren't prepared).

I also have an IPL device that reduces hair growth in an area. It kind of works but it takes a long time to cover the whole leg area. It does seem to reduce the hair that grows back in my armpits though.

Thinking of laser hair removal. Any experience or opinion on effectiveness?
