From my personal perspective: No tattoos or plastic surgery, no septum rings. That's like it. If you want to go above and beyond, don't be massively obese and try to induce natural boob growth. But it's really not necessary. We don't give a fuck about things like fashion. Wear a t-shirt and jeans everyday as long as you do the above.
