Honestly, i think the most important thing is to make friends that actually understand this vulnerability about you and make you feel understood and safe, then eventually, you won't have to keep asking them if they secretly hate you, because then eventually you will trust them enough.
it's very difficult, but some friends just aren't cut out to be besties, sometimes you need to make new friends who understand and love you more.
