As soon as I respond to this girl over text she immediately starts sending multiple messages in a row telling me all the details of her day. She's my best friend but she's shizo/bipolar so if I don't respond she will sometimes take it the wrong way and need to be reassured that I don't hate her. How do I get her to stop text-bombing me?
