Weight loss is 90% about consuming fewer calories than you need, and that’s basically it. Exercise actually does very little, and cardio even less compared to resistance training. I’d suggest downloading a calorie-tracking app like FatSecret or Cronometer and logging every meal so you can track your diet more easily. I was able to lose more than 10 kilos in a few months that way. You’ll also see how misleading portion sizes can be. For example, you can eat a tiny-ass chocolate and get more calories than half a kilo of salad etc.
