Its not like I'm saying you should eat mostly fats, I was just saying if you have a good balance of all three macronutrients, then you can eat fewer calories without being hungry. When I was trying to lose weight, I realized I would get super irritiable and hungry if I didn't make sure there was at least a little fat in my food.

Eh... but then maybe the average person eats more fat without having to remember to add it... I had to increase my protien a lot, increase my fat a little, and decrease my carbs to make up for the calories from those two.

Hmm... maybe I got the fat vs carbs mixed up with simple carbs vs complex carbs? I just remember thinking "its kind of weird that it uses fat right away but goes through all the hassle of turning carbs into fat".
