Teh truth is that age-gap ships, or ships between underage characters arent illegal, even though it might be socially taboo.
Too many fan communities get very wound up about fictional underage characters and policing ppls ships.
Bottom line is you do you. if you have some character ship that works for you, enjoy it. Dont let other people tell you what you can or cant like.

Even so, fan communities are rabid dogs, and admitting your controversial fantasies to pitchfork wielding peasants is probably a bad idea.
