I think the player is supposed to shoot Emily while she's in class but if Emily goes to class it's game over. If the player shoots Emily is broad daylight the police will show up in the MC's room.
There's no winning move unless this is a ruffle issue. I don't feel like trying it on flash player to see.

Just walk up and close while she's on the field and shoot. another person in a white shirt runs on top and you kill them too, the guy with the C on his shirt doesnt care its easy.
