Real shit design is respawning in same place you got anally diddled, that can lead to spawn-rape loop if unlucky. And if you start surrounded by bushes - it's pretty much game over by rng.

teh best way I found is running backwards again, until it's a safe place where u won't get raped again (assuming you have enough lives)
