I've written a utility that allows you to search locally stored image and video files based on tags. It can both pull tags from imageboorus, and infer them using a local model. Unlike similar utilities, it requires almost 0 setup, has a familiar UX and works with native file managers. (It can also be used as a Hydrus front-end if you already use that)

It supports both Windows and Linux.
