turkey juice at the beginning when i had to open the bag. the instructions say to pull both tabs to "easily" open the turkey, but doing so causes the "juice" to squirt out. Inside the turkey there are giblets which are some organs, liver i think, and in the turkey's ass they also shoved the neck.
