you probably wouldn't be arrested in the US or many other places for these pics since they are of an actual cultural event, and you can literally buy photo art books showing more without being arrested

kaguya and co would probably just get a message saying to delete it if it attracted any real negative attention, honestly, rather than any actual legal trouble

that being said, on a personal level, I really don't like the idea of us hosting them -- it is generally a bad idea to mix anything dealing with U-18 nudity with hosting R-18 content in the US
but probably literally nothing will ever come out of this and it ain't my site/problem (＾Д＾)
