The safest confirmed way of taking opiates is to smoke them because if you smoke there is a chance you take so much you physically can't hit it again as you can't focus and raise your hand to your mouth which saves you from the finishing puff of death, unless your opiate of choice is a one puff finisher like fent
If you eat them you can't really puke them out in time and injecting is a delayed death sentence

Opiates are one of the worst, don't do them, not even fun
