I decrypted the message!

Through a bit of guesswork and frequency analysis I found that each "word" here corresponds to a letter or space:

Prm.r => h
Rojap => e
Kcjyrp => l
Fabt.. => o
olaj. => (space)
etc.

the message reads "hello you have sucessfully decrypted this message".

Though I still don't know what the image is supposed to mean or what that clue is...
