Adults have far less freedom than kids. Kids can piss in public, be naked in public, molest girls and women, talk to and play with other kids, and do all sorts of other small crimes while just getting a slap on the wrist every time. School isn't mandatory either unless your parents hate you. Kids can even drink and drive and smoke tobacco and weed too while getting a slap on the wrist, it's the adult that gave the kid access to that stuff that gets in real trouble.
