If you keep it all inside then it's all yours forever and you get more value from your food when most of it isn't being dumped out into the toilet and wasted, and then you don't need to buy any toilet paper or bidets or waste valuable time sitting on the toilet for several minutes a day letting the sewer rats and flies steal most of your hard-earned food.
