the "chemical castration" drugs which were given to offenders has since been re-branded, being used in gender transitional procedures
With that said many people on HRT continue to have or even developed paraphilias so this indicates that none of those methods have any effect on changing a person's desire.

Also theres been some recent studies that indicate using SSRIs during puberty can increase the liklihood of developing paraphilias, abnormal sexualities, etc. So anti depressants not only wouldnt help but might even make it "worse"
