I take this back. I didnt notice how some parts aren't as functional as i hoped. I was kinda hoping for more facial control, but importing MMD models through this tool makes some of the generated controls just... disappear. I'm not quite sure how to re-add them back in, so bare with me.

Regardless, I'll figure it out. Here's her bouncy bag to prove I'm actually... pretending to work on it.
