I think I've fixed that particular bug - it was calling a function in a different file that wasn't being loaded

Weight gain items should work now - there was a discrepancy between some translated things using/expecting "Weight increase" vs "Weight gain" ^^;

Regarding medicines: unless I'm mistaken (which I very well could be...), they won't necessarily cure the illness with a single use
