In the case of the "Finders" feds collected literal trashbags full of evidence but it was covered up by the government, supposedly because it was tied to blackmailing operations, stuff like the government attempting to blackmail or bribe soviet russian and chinese elites. The situations described were weird, sometimes occult, but there was no evidence pointing it to MKultra or any sort of mind control "experiment" just government agents being pimps to blackmail for intelligence purposes.
