However, Id say "victims" testimony should be taken with a grain of salt. Because if it is real, you are talking about very brainwashed, very disturbed individuals who are literally made insane artificially, people who live in delusion, and its difficult to know if they are like that because of some nefarious trauma or just because theyre schizophrenic.

To judge for yourself if something they say is credible, compare it with what is known about the subject, consider if other people have similar testimonies, consider if their descriptions of events align with what is known about methods of inducing dissociative states, or ritual abuse. There are some testimonies such as those by the children Michael Aquino allegedly ritually abused that actually have merit, ie multiple children identified the same building, its interior, without having talked to each other about it, described similar ritualistic acts, and once investigated such a place did exist and was exactly as described by the victims.
