I had recurring nightmares of the same ghost girl every week from age 5-12. Usually the setting was my house at night, none of the lights worked, and I'd start getting progressively more uneasy before she appeared somewhere. Once I saw her I would go in an uncontrollable panick, and either frantically run away or start crying while frozen in place before waking up in a cold sweat. She mainly stayed still just looking at me, sometimes floating closer like a noclipping 3D reference pose. Her face looked like normal girl too, not ugly hag or monster.
Anyway one night when I was 12, I dreamt I was in bed at night, feeling the presence, I blinked, then saw her standing at the foot of my bed, looking at me.
Something was different though, and I felt no fear, no unease, but one very clear and determined impetus. I quickly hopped out of the sheets, crawling toward her. I embraced her, kissed her, then eventually put it in while she didn't make a sound. It lasted for about a minute and I felt myself finish inside her while she hugged me.
Woke up that morning with a weird feeling of peace, along with sticky undies, and I never saw the spooky girl again.

About 6 years later I lost my virginity with a real (corporeal) girl in the same room, on the same bed. Was a neighbor girl about a year younger I had started dating, and we were jokingly texting back and forth that night about her coming to visit and 'play monopoly.'
I was shaking from nervousness the whole time, but was at ease the next time we had sex.
