The choices are either starting around 19:00 UTC to get all Europeans at prime evening hours and only Americans who are off-work, or doing it during US evening times which would be way too late in Europe.

It's a tricky situation but prioritizing maximum attendance, I'm putting up the announcement for a 3.5 hours stream @ 19 UTC this friday
