Regardless, there's a few strats I'd reccomend.

- Slow
Try to bond together more. Make memories and stuff when you go out to places together, then buy her gifts that she'll like once you learn more about her to show that you do care about her.

Progressively she will... hopefully... develop feelings for you. Then you should know when you're able to ask for a proper relationship. Or maybe she'll just ask herself.

Try not to be too timid or scared to ask her to be your GF though. I was. and then she cut me off because it felt weird at some point
Plus if she's secretly crazy, you can keep her at arms distance, whenever you figure it out.

- Fast
Invite her out for a date. Just ask to go somewhere with her. Somewhere obviously romantic. I don't know what else. I never did this. Someone else will probably suggest a decent strat like this.


The biggest challenge for both is asking her to go somewhere. Go find something of common interest to go to. If not, just somewhere nice to go, like a cafe or aquarium or something, like the romance manga taught you
