I'm not really sure. However, there's an option on Spotify that allows it to read audio files from your device's storage. So you can just "upload" the playlist's song, put them all in a playlist and then you can listen to them on Spotify. You'd have to mess with the metadata if you want a thumbnail, album title, and other stuff tho
