On the topic of "disrespectful training":
Illustrations, music, videos, animations, games, etc. - many of which we have enjoyed or even revere - are often made using pirated software, stolen assets, and hijacked ideas. This is especially true when it comes to photoshops, image macros, flashes, etc.
Even if someone thinks they're being squeaky-clean by (for example) purchasing music sample/loop packs or paying for photoshop brushes, the people who compiled those collections almost always used copyrighted material that wasn't cleared
I believe that, in a perfect world, copyright wouldn't exist. We'd all just be free to share, create, and transform whatever we wanted, rather than risk getting pwned by some rich cunts who insist that ideas = property
