Sadly that's not true for a lot of games - especially older games on 5th/6th-gen systems that I would otherwise be more interested in
Kuso-quality English dubs are often the only option unless someone has been kind enough to made an "undub" (replacing the English audio tracks with the Japanese originals while keeping the English text)
