Apparently in Inuit tribes, traditionally visitors to a village would be offered to have sex with an attractive woman as a form of hospitality for the sake of preserving social harmony and smooth collaboration. Also, if you look at old pictures of Inuits they looked EXTREMELY similar to Japanese. They can still look quite similar today, but this has been diluted over years of breeding with other tribes, so some of them look more like a hafu of an Japanese and maybe a Mexican. And a lot of them are fat because they're uniquely genetically unfit for American diets full of sugary garbage.
