holy shit what is even the point of this? how can you know the "intention" of someone taking a picture in the past? how can you know the "intention" of the person who owns it?
what if someones daughter has VAGINAl problems and they need to show a picture to the doctor? that already has points 1 and 4, but if that was let off what would happen if it happened to end up on a cp site? would it then be considered for the rest of the points? WHOSE INTENTION IS BEING CONSIDERED?

this has to be just a way to make these obviously hamfisted legal convictions seem legit because you could probably take any picture ever taken of a child and find a way to fit it under one of these criteria. this world is so fucking gay ヽ(`Д´)ノ
