My unrealistic theory about CP ownership has always been "whatever's in the FBI database will instantly get you in trouble if you save it, involuntarily or not". In reality, it all depends on whether the feds are forced to investigate you or not (i.e., someone online knows your full name & writes an anonymous tip about you for da loolz)
My feelings are, if it's produced as full on porn, I don't trust saving it. But, if they're artistic, still image nudes, that feels safe enough.
