My first reaction was "who is that?"
Then it was "Oh I think I know him from a meme picture I saw in like 2016 where they made his facial features really small."
Then after looking up the guy a but more it was like "the world is probably a better place without him, though on the other hand, the reaction to his assassination might be more harmful than if he was just left alive to keep doing his thing"
