You need to put the jar under a vacuum hood when you view it immediately next time. From your symptoms, you're probably going to contract some form of toxoplasmosis at some point if you just look at it with your head above it if you don't protect yourself

Tip: get an aquarium or a small box, put a small hole in it, and take pictures that way.
