To everyone

There is no need to give up on future because of these things. It is sensible to face it appropriately. No "it will be fine" sugarcoating, but also no despair. Things that people can change like weight are always up for change if the person really desires a change and is willing to pay the price for it.
Things that people can't change like genetics, especially third world countries that tend to be very homogenous have a tendency to despise everything local because local people as of now behave like primitives, salaries are bad and there is insufficient trust in society, they look up to nearby successful countries. They hate their appearance, their language, own culture and whatever reminds them of their environment.

Poland had that phase too and it has a word to describe poles hating everything about the country and nation. "Testopanizm" is the ideology of it, and "testopanowiec" is the person who expresses it because there was one guy who lived in america and constantly was uploading videos revolving around "look at this phone you polish animals don't have it in your forest but i can afford 5", "look at our american girls, your females look like gophers", and he made and people like him spreaded a fairly often used quite "in poland (it is exactly) as in a forest" when you in general want to insult the country and society as barbaric and poor. Many of those people wished to have been born in the west, many wished hitler had gassed everyone so that they would not have been cursed with being born polish.

I observe that many people born in second or third world who got exposed to culture of countries they look up to (like watching their entertainment, speaking their language culture and current events, buying their products like tech and so on) only make it appear even more that the native country is subhumans and ignorant, but such people are also aware that due to genetics and accent they would never fit into the place they look up to and they are torn. If it is the case for anyone, there is no need for it. Control what you can, and don't feel shame or blame yourself for things out of your control.

A decade ago poles were known across the west as thieves, low wage plumbers, brutes and so on. Now it seems to have faded. It will be the case for almost any nation eventually.
