On a serious note, I hate the term. According to a study I saw, 90% of CP is self-produced. As child pornography is usually defined as any sexualized nude image of a person under the age of 18, most of this material under that definition just ends up being adolescents posting their nudes online willingly. Not surprising given that they all have handheld computers with cameras attached to them. CSAM and CSEM imply contexts which do not necessarily exist, and in fact, rarely exist.
