This may be a case of having a hammer and seeing everything as a nail on my part, but the clearly supernatural (and these symptoms are supernatural, no matter what anyone else says) nature of this video leads me to believe that a succubus - or succubi - had attached herself (or themselves) to the media and then came to take you along a magic, sensual high. Alternatively, the creator may have inadvertently created an MLP-related sigil which activated an egregore when you saw these things. I lean towards the former explanation, however, especially due to that perfume-like "supersmell" - a very common sensation with succubi. Again, hammer and nails, so take this with a pinch of salt.
