With image generation AI, unpredictability can be added with wildcards. You can have every danbooru tag, every word in the english language, every word on urban dictionary, etc. in a big text file, then have one or more of those words randomly inserted into the prompt. You could also set a percentage chance of the wildcard activating and how strongly the AI focuses on words added from the wildcard (which can also be a random number), so it can be precisely as unpredictable as you desire. This can surely be done with LLMs too.
