It looks like you treat internet roleplay sort of like a DnD campaign, where people discuss and bounce ideas of each other, working together to build a shared experience.

I guess the ones you've messaged treat it more like a modern competitive matchmaking video game, where you enter a room with a group of strangers, do whatever it is that you want to have fun out of the server, and leave without talking or expecting to see them again. Or rather they want the most fulfilling horny sex experience without having to talk or interact with other people.

Strange idea, but I wonder if the availability of easy-to-use AI sexbots has changed the way internet people expect roleplays to go. There's also the possible knock-on effects of the 2020s virus outbreak forcing people indoors for extended periods of time, driving them a bit crazy, but that's less important.
