I had a huge crush on Daria and Jane. This was the show that kind of brought me into anime. I couldn't find another good Western show about high-school girls, and so ended up watching CGDCT anime . Last year I tried to re-watch Daria, and I couldn't pass like four or five episodes. Honestly after so many anime titles it doesn't appeal to me anymore (also I got much older and equally depressed), but it still holds a special place in my heart.
